Diagnostic Assessments

If  you need a psychological diagnostic assessment for your school, employer, or the Court,  you'll require a formal written report.

A formal assessment involves at a minimum a clinical interview, psychological testing, and observation in order to make relevant conclusions and recommendations. However, other aspects may be involved, such as collateral interviews and document review.

We provide adult (16 years and older) assessments for the following:

• Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
• Mood Disorders (Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder etc)
• Anxiety Disorders
• Personality Disorders

(** Please note that we do not offer Neuropsychological assessments for ADHD, Autism, Developmental Delays, etc, or child custody assessments).

Fees for Intake, Assessment, and Diagnostic Services            

• Intake assessment, 100 minutes: $380
• Additional assessment sessions (if required), clinician’s session rates apply:  $200 per 45-50 minute session 
• Letters, reports, and treatment plan writing: $250 per hour
• 3rd party (collateral) interview or consultation: $250 per hour (charged in 15-minute increments) 

           [ A typical assessment and diagnosis fee will range between $1800 to $3000 ]

Court Expert 

• Court Expert testimony, case and trial preparation: $250 per hour

(NB: Assessments may be conducted in French, but all reports are written in English).
